The SCG night!

Again and again and again we demonstrate the essence of JOY, LOVE and TRUST. We are the SCG (Sweet Crazy Gang). Thanks to Adelene who named us this sweet name. Last night or in fact this morning (midnight) was our fourth gathering. We met and gather at Machperson Kopitiam for some food followed by purchasing some snacks from 7-11 and back to my house. We had so much laughter after audio call with Adelene on MSN. Can feel that she really misses us and we miss you too : ) The night then started with 'Kung Fu Hustle' dvd and that even sink in deeper joy and laughter. We laughed so hard and even Vasu, the only non-Chinese can feel the essence from the movie. So much fun and laughter. End of movie, back to chatting and once again in a room with safe people and safe space, we can say anything out of us safely in this loving environment, we keep going and going and going.......chat and chat until its time for Roti Prata. Left my home to Bendemer and stayed till an hour or so. After dropping a few of my buddies back home, we went back to my place and continued the fun with playstation 2! And finally we slept and I was told that after 'rebirthing', my breathing became even "louder and clearer"....really blessed to have frens who tell me the total truth with COMPASSION.
